Wellbeing & Mental Health

As a trauma informed practitioner, mental health first aider and children's yoga teacher, Katie has a wealth of knowledge and experience to support you and your organisation to develop your mental health strategy and work.

The importance of mental health has been highlighted in various ways over the past number of years and the impact poor mental health can have on children, families and staff can be reduced by having good policies and systems in place.

Ensuring we have well trained professionals working with children and their families is imperative, but it’s equally important that adults know how to support each other.

Mental health is experienced differently by all of us but there are ways that we can support individuals. Having some basic knowledge or in-depth training can make a notable difference to your practice and the organisation you work with.
